Shipping & Delivery Restrictions
Countries where we do not ship
FreshChems does not accept orders from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), or Israel under any circumstances.
Restricted shipping methods
For Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, and Norway, our courier does not offer registered (tracked) mail. We can only provide untracked regular mail to these countries. Delivery is not guaranteed, and no compensation or free reshipments will be offered for lost shipments to these destinations.
Payment methods
Bank Transfer is not available for all countries. For customers in certain regions, we can only accept cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT). If Bank Transfer is not shown or is unavailable when you select your country at checkout, please use one of our crypto payment options.

How to Order
Placing an order with Freshchems is simple. Please submit your order directly through our website and complete the checkout process, making sure that all required information is accurate and complete. This is especially important for tax-related fields, which must be filled in correctly depending on whether your company or organization is located inside or outside the European Union.
Once your order is received, the Freshchems team will review and process it internally. You will then receive an Estimate containing payment instructions if you selected bank transfer. If you chose cryptocurrency as your payment method, you will also receive a secure payment link from our crypto payment processor.
After payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within an estimated 24–48 business hours. This timeframe may include weekends and public holidays depending on operational schedules. In periods of unusually high workload, processing may occasionally take slightly longer or, in some cases, faster.

Please note that the delivery times listed below are averages and may vary depending on the specific shipping method chosen, the destination, and other factors such as customs clearance and local holidays. For orders outside of Europe, please be aware that the delivery times listed below do not include customs processing times. Customs processing can significantly increase the delivery time and is beyond the control of the shipping companies.
Additionally, please note that the shipping costs listed in the table below are approximate and may vary depending on the final destination, size, and weight of your order. We will do our best to provide accurate shipping costs, but please be aware that these costs may change. For more information about shipping costs or to get a customized shipping quote for your order, please contact us.
Please note that shipments made by DHL or PostNL may be redirected to local courier services or private postal companies within your country, especially in remote areas or outside metropolitan regions. We do not have additional information on these companies and cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from their services. For any disputes, the information provided by the official PostNL or DHL tracking number will be used as the reference, not that of the local delivery agent. We recommend that you check which company handles deliveries in your area before placing an order.
If your order has been shipped using PostNL Standard Untracked, it has been dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Kindly be aware that this shipping method does not include tracking and you will not receive any further updates or tracking information. Delivery is not guaranteed via this shipping method.

Ordering Limits
The maximum order quantities are those listed in the catalog. For example, if a product is available in 500mg and 1g options, the corresponding boxes will display their prices, while the others will remain blank. In some cases, we may provide up to a few times the listed maximum quantity, but we absolutely cannot provide 10g for a product with a maximum listed quantity of 1g. We kindly ask that you refrain from repeated inquiries regarding this, as our stock is limited.
